Most rejected nursing CVs are not rejected for lack of experience. They are rejected because the reviewer could not quickly verify the essentials.
The most common issues: no registration number, expired or undated APC, duties copied from a job description, no dates on employment, inconsistent formatting, an unprofessional email address, and unexplained gaps.
